This was the first one we saw and man was is scary looking

Then we saw it's mama right afterward, can't you see the resemblence?

All of the donkeys are very tame and used to people so you can walk right up to them and feed them carrots or just pet them. Maggie and Lucas loved it.

The little baby ones were so cute, this one couldn't have been more than a few months old.

It's totally a biker town, there were tons of leather wearin', no shower for days, biker dudes and dudettes here. The donkeys could care less, they'll stand in the middle of the road or right next to the store door.
Amongst other things, there was laundry to do and Violet decided to hang out with me while I separated the loads....can you see her?

Maggie got to celebrate her 4 and a half birthday at school since she has a summer birthday. Miss Peggy is so great to remember the summer birthdays. Maggie couldn't stop talking about her candy necklace that her teacher made for her.
My sweet hubby celebrated his 30th birthday last week and honestly was a little depressed to be 30 but we celebrated anyway. There's nothing better than free lunch at Joe's Farmgrill and then free dinner at Joe's Barbeque!

After dinner we had cake and ice cream at home with Russells parents and sister Beth.

Violet's face is priceless, she had no idea what was going on

Good thing he had Maggie to help him blow out all his candles.
The day after Russells birthday was my dad's birthday so most of my family went and ate at Chino Banditos, I thought it was good, just wish it was closer to home. Russ convinced me to ride on his motorcycle with him which was fun for me... my parents and Grandpa? Not so much. They weren't too thrilled about us taking the motorcycle.

I love to hear about little towns like Oatman. They always have such fun things to see and do. That is so sweet that Maggie's teacher celebrates half birthdays, so they don't get left out...love that idea. I can't wait to see you at GNO!
I'm dying to go check out little small towns throughout AZ.. It's on our "to do" list. That looks like so much fun! Can't believe how big Violet is getting! She's so cute!! I didn't get an email from Donnie.. may have accidentally erased it. But, I'd love to see all of you, so let me know when you're getting together!!
Hey Amber!! Its Casey Beth. I got in touched with Ally through Facebook, and she told me to check out her BLOG and that I would find you and a few others on here. Your kids are adorable. I've been talking to Emily on facebook and we are going to do lunch next week- you should come. I don't know where we are going, we were going to call each other on Monday and find out. either one of our homes or the San Tan Mall. So, how are you doing? How is your Mom and Dad doing? You will have to tell them *Hi* for me. Do you still live over by the park by where we grew up? We live in Gilbert on Higley & Williams field. I am so excited that you have a BLOG and that I *found* you on here. We will have to get together sometime. WOuld love to catch up with you.
I know! I am soo glad I found you- I told my hubby that I was sad bc I haven't found you on FB. Thanks!! My family (parents & sibs I am assuming you were asking about) are all doing really good. Keeping busy with their families. Thankfully we all live pretty close to each other but my sister- she moved to Kentucky right after Eric and I got married. Maggie looks so much like you, its crazy. My poor E didn't stand a chance, but my kids look more like me then him. But my little girl has his personality, so at least he got that... ha ha ha.... We are doing something tomorrow around 10:30ish AM not sure where - heres my cell (480) 242-7023 call me or Emily today and we will let you know where we are meeting at.
